Richard Fung

Co-founder and CEO

Richard Fung established CBC Tech in 2008 and served as CEO. Richard has a strong business mind set and has successfully grown CBC Tech from a start-up to a leader in Cloud, SDWAN and ICT Industry. He established R&D team to develop CBC Tech in-house SD-WAN service for the Greater China enterprise market. Richard achieved tremendous business growth by expanding the company’s market share through innovative products and management models during his tenure. Prior to joining CBC Tech, Richard served as the Group Manager of Sprint for the Greater China Region and General Manager of the VoIP Business Department of CERNET.Richard has more than 20 years’ experience in the ICT industry in the Asia-Pacific and China markets. Richard graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and pursued further studies at Imperial College London with a Master’s Degree in Science.
